Earn the title of Rising Star, in recognition of your first year with Avon when you reach $5,000 in total personal award sales within your first 26 campaigns. This also makes you eligible for Best New Performer contention in our National and Regional ACE Awards.

Avon Ambassadors in the U.S. and Canada who have celebrated 50 years with Avon and achieved President’s Club+ and/or 10-STAR Ambassador within the last 5 cycle years of their 50th anniversary are eligible for the lifetime benefits, which include guaranteed 40% earnings on Beauty and Jewelry / 25% earnings on Fashion and Home, with a Minimum Order Value requirement of $40. Ambassador must maintain active status to ensure this benefit.

10-Star Ambassador+ achievers, Bronze Leaders+ (US) and Advanced Unit Leaders+ (CA) are eligible for ACE recognition*

This recognition program honors top performers in Sales and Leadership categories, celebrated bi-annually (Campaigns 1-13 and Campaigns 14-26). It recognizes the top 10 in the U.S, the top 5 in Canada and the top 3 in LABC categories.

*The Best New Performer category is the only exception, and eligibility requires the achiever to be at the 5-Star Ambassador+ level.

5-STAR Ambassadors will receive a $10 coupon code to be applied to the customer price of a $100 Minimum Order Value order of their choice in their month of celebration. This will not affect award sales.

10-STAR Ambassadors+ will receive a coupon code to be applied to the customer price of a $100 Minimum Order Value order of their choice in their month of celebration and it will graduate on the milestone anniversary year, according to the schedule. This will not affect award sales.

All Active Ambassadors at the 5-Star Ambassador+ level will be awarded a Birthday Celebration Coupon to be applied to one order with a Minimum Order Value of $100 in the month of their celebration. This will not affect award sales. The value of the coupon is greater at the higher sales title levels. This coupon can be used to select items of your choice to celebrate YOU!
