Avon takes seriously its responsibility to protect consumer safety. For non-cosmetic consumer products, any consumer wanting a copy of a Avon product Safety Certificate can request it by email to safetycertificates@avonusa.com, and the appropriate certificate will be sent to you. In your email, please send the style number (from your product catalog), FSC code (from your product packaging) or Product Profile number, as well as a return email address.

My Little Pony Light Up Watch

Important Safety Announcement

MZ Berger & Co. (MZB), in conjunction with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is conducting a voluntary recall of several children’s watches, including the My Little Pony Light Up Watch, which was sold by Avon and manufactured by MZB. The case-back of the MZB-manufactured watch can detach and expose the interior to water, posing a risk of skin irritation, redness, rashes or chemical burns.

Consumer Action

Immediately stop wearing the My Little Pony Light Up Watch and contact the manufacturer, MZB, for a refund. MZB can be reached toll free at (888) 770-7085 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or online at www.mzb.com and click on the “Product Safety Notice” tab at the top of the homepage.

Nut Chopper

Important Safety Announcement

The tines of the grinding mechanism can break, which may cause tine fragments to fall into food being chopped, posing a risk of injury to consumers.

Consumer Action

Immediately stop using the Nut Chopper. Complete the Product Recall Form and return the product(s) and the form to Avon. In exchange, you will receive a refund for each Nut Chopper that you return.

Ergonomic Eyelash Curler

A spring on the eyelash curler can break, exposing a metal pin, which poses an eye injury hazard to consumers.

When cooked too long, the popcorn can overheat in this popcorn maker and ignite, posing a fire or burn hazard to consumers.

Consumer Action

Discard original instructions that accompanied microwave popcorn maker. Use product in accordance with the revised instructions (pdf).
