All rooms will accommodate 1–4 guests per room from August 21–23. There are also a limited number of rooms available for two days pre- and post-Avon Connect at the same rate for confirmed in-person attendees who’d like to come early or stay longer. You can select your additional room nights while booking for the event (based on hotel availability). You can also extend your stay nearby at your favorite hotel or resort.

Hotel Cancellation: To avoid any penalties, you must reach out directly to the hotel to cancel your reservation before 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. After 5:00 PM ET, guests will incur a minimum two-night room fee, which will be charged directly to form of payment used to make your reservation.
