Depending on the room type, accommodation can service 1-4 guests per room; however, there is a $50 per night, per person fee for the 3rd and 4th guests. The special Avon rate is valid from Sunday, August 10, through Thursday night, August 14. You can select your additional room nights while booking for the event (based on hotel availability). You can also extend your stay nearby at your favorite hotel or resort.
Hotel Cancellation: To avoid any penalties, you must reach out directly to the hotel to cancel your reservation before 5:00 PM ET on Monday, July 21, 2025. After 5:00 PM ET, guests will incur a minimum two-night room fee plus taxes, which will be charged directly to the form of payment used to make your reservation. Please note, your reservation is not guaranteed without a successful deposit of the first night’s stay on your credit card.
