“As a single mom in 1992, l was looking for a way to just earn some extra income. My aunt suggested I try Avon and the rest is history!

In 2011 I was inspired to take my Avon business to the next level after attending the Avon 125th World Tour celebration in Atlanta. Listening to Angelique Agee's inspiring success story, I knew I was on the right path.

“My husband and I met when both our families used to migrate to the states up north to do field work. We quit the migrant stream so he could start his own trucking business and that led us to move back to our Texas hometown. With 2 children at home and another on the way, I needed to bring in some money.

When I saw an Avon ad in our local newspaper back in 1977, I said to myself, 'Why not?'

I started my business by taking my 3 children with me and letting my family and neighbors know that I was selling Avon. From that day forward, my business started and I sold at President’s Club level every year since!

In 1993 when Leadership was introduced I took advantage of the opportunity. I quickly set my goals to move up the ladder. My hard work and determination paid off with the help of my wonderful team of Representatives, and I became the first Senior Executive Leader in my area. Avon has rewarded me and many members of our team with so many beautiful trips!

I’m very proud to have received the prestigious 'Women of Enterprise Award' in 2008 and we are a Diamond Club Team since 2019.”

“28 years ago, I found an Avon brochure on my front porch that said, 'Avon reps needed in your area.'' I thought joining Avon would be a fun way to earn a little extra money, never imagining it would turn into a thriving full-time business!

“I came to Avon when we still rang doorbells! I was a college student and needed a car. A friend introduced to me Avon and I sold enough to get a car. Then I quit. A few years later, I wanted to have a big wedding. I remembered that I had made money with Avon and I started again. A year later, I had saved enough money for my dream wedding! Then I quit, again.
