How Do Commissions Work?

From day one, you earn a great percentage on everything you sell — and a discount on everything you order for yourself! — after your first $40 in sales each campaign, Avon’s two-week selling cycles. Your commissions increase as you move up to Premier level and on to the President’s Recognition Program (PRP), starting with President’s Club.

  • Your commission percentage is based on two main product categories: Beauty & Jewelry and Fashion & Home.

  • It includes customer orders from your online store as well as your orders on Avon.com, including What's New products, samples, sales tools and brochures.

  • Top-selling PRP Ambassadors earn higher, guaranteed commissions, titles and special recognition awards as they move up.
