To qualify, Representatives must have +10% sales growth versus the same 8-campaign period last year.

Representatives must meet their sales target as defined below.

Representatives without prior year sales participate without the 10% increase requirement. (Minimum threshold determined by the Sales Target.)

Bundles are earned at each milestone tier once the sales goal is achieved.

Bundles will be available within 2 campaigns after achievement and must be redeemed by placing a future order of any amount.

Bundles are subject to product availability and Avon reserves the right to substitute products.

Sales title for incentive participation is determined at close of Campaign 13. For example, if you’re a Contender at close of C13, you will remain earning within the Contender sales tiers even if you promote to Premier or President’s Club within the incentive period.

Earn up to 30% commission (5% additional bonus) on your Beauty sales when you sell $100 or more and start earning your free product collections when you hit $500 in sales during the incentive period.

All New Representatives who signed up in Campaigns 14-21 in their first 8 campaigns or who are currently in the Pathway to Premier Program are eligible. Once a Representative reaches Premier level, they are no longer eligible to participate as a New Representative.

Achieve a minimum of $100+ in cumulative Award Sales within the campaign and earn an additional 5% Bonus on Beauty category items.

• Bonus paid on Beauty, Jewelry & Watch sales only. Fashion & Home Items are excluded.

• All orders count towards Award Sales, including Direct Delivery & Sales Centers.

• In their first 8 campaigns, starting at the date of sign-up.

• This will replace the Pathway to Premier program for all Reps who sign up C14-21, 2022.

Any New Reps currently participating in Pathway to Premier in C14 will continue to do so, and be eligible for Summer Blast incentives in addition.

The additional 5% bonus will be paid out at the end of each campaign and paid through Avon Wallet. You must have an Avon Wallet account to redeem cash bonus.

Representatives are eligible in the campaign in which they signed up and are guaranteed 8 full campaigns thereafter.

Earn up to 40% commission (10% additional) on sales of $400+ in the period.

Any Premier Level Representatives (achieved Premier status as of C14) who have achieved the $5,000 sales requirement for Premier level and have not yet achieved the $10,000 sales requirement for President’s Club level are eligible.

During the incentive period (C14-21), Premier level Representatives must achieve $400 in cumulative sales during each of the campaigns to qualify for the Beauty Bonus. Once a Premier Representative achieves President’s Club level, she is no longer eligible for the Premier Bonus.

Representatives must comply with the terms of the Independent Sales Representative Contract Terms and Conditions and the Business Policies and Procedures for Avon Independent Sales Representatives.

Sales goals are based on Award Sales.

Back orders placed after the completion of the incentive will not count.

Rewards received cannot be substituted, transferred or redeemed for credit towards your Avon account.

All orders, including Online Store, Sales Center and What’s New Preview Products count toward sales goals.

To redeem any cash bonuses earned, Representative must have an Avon Wallet account, subject to the terms and conditions of Hyperwallet.

1900s accounts cannot participate in this incentive.

Employee accounts cannot participate.

Representative’s account must be active and in good standing. Avon reserves the right to review and withhold rewards.

All dollars shown are in U.S. dollars.

Avon reserves the right to audit returns. Any returns processed during the incentive period will be subtracted from the Award Sales of the campaign in which the return is processed and will affect the calculation and payment of the bonuses at the close of the campaign of return. Returns processed after the end of the incentive period will result in any applicable bonus or commission payments being deducted from the Representative’s current account balance.

Avon reserves the right to adjust rules and regulations or cancel the program at any time, at its sole discretion.

Avon reserves the right to audit all performance data when determining Incentive reward eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify or remove any Representative it determines has violated principles of fairness or program intent, or any violation of the Business Policies and Procedures for Avon Independent Sales Representatives or the Terms and Conditions of the Independent Sales Representative Contract, or whose account, as determined by Avon, is not in good standing.

This program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

All federal, state and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance of the reward are Representative’s responsibility.
