Your New Customer Address Book: Your customer address book must have an email address for every customer and contacts will no longer be able to be imported from other sources such as Gmail or Outlook.
Browsers: The site is accessible in browsers including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Internet Explorer users will need to switch to one of the supported browsers.

When your customer places an order on Avon.com, orders will be processed same-day if placed by 11:59 PM ET and earnings will be available through the new Avon Wallet. Check Campaign Calendar.

Your online store address:
Your store link will be changing to connect to the new website but your current links and referral codes will redirect to the new site! Your new URL will be displayed under My Store/Share and in My Profile.
Credit card and banking information:
Your current info is not being carried over so you’ll need to enter it on the new site.
Your packing slip:
Will feature only information about your order. Earnings statement and full invoice info will be available on the site.
Order payment:
When submitting an order on the new site, you must pay the full balance and select one credit card only for payment (or Avon credit and one credit card). No changes to current Avon Credit Policy — if you have credit today it remains.
Returns process:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled with the Avon Care Center; the order will need to be processed as a return.
Returns will be processed on a per-order basis with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) required for each return; no returns across multiple orders in one RMA.
You can include more than one RMA per box, but an RMA is required for each order you’re returning. RMA’s will be available in English only.
Shipping fees for return packages will need to be paid for at local shipment company. Shipping fees will no longer be charged to your account through the return process.
Credit will be applied to your account after an RMA is processed at our Zanesville distribution center.
Digital Brochure and digital What’s New:
These will no longer be available and the enhanced Digital Catalog will be your go-to tool to share with your customers.
