Free Standard Ground Shipping is available to customers who shop with an Ambassador and place an order in which the merchandise total is $60 or over.

Orders containing products with ingredients that are designated as hazardous under the Federal Transportation Law can be shipped with Standard Ground delivery only. This includes items such as nail enamels and some bath and body products. These products will be noted as “Ground-shipping only” on the site.
Shipping Restrictions to California
If a product cannot be sold in California due to Proposition 65 labeling requirements, a message will appear at checkout.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
An additional handling charge will be applied to your order at the rate of 15% of your merchandise total for Alaska and Hawaii. The minimum additional handling charge is $7. Products with ingredients that are considered hazardous under the Federal Transportation Law cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
International Orders
We regret that we are unable to ship orders outside of the 50 United States. Customers in Saipan and Guam can order products for delivery through an Avon Ambassador.

State and Local Taxes
Internet sales are not specifically exempt from sales and use taxes. The Avon Company has activities in each state of the United States that subject it to state and local laws imposing sales tax collection. Therefore, Avon is required to collect tax on merchandise sold via the Internet or otherwise. You may be interested to know that if a vendor does not charge sales tax, the purchaser of the merchandise is required individually to remit the tax to the taxing jurisdiction.
The appropriate taxes (based on the “ship to” location) will be added to your order.. An estimated dollar amount will appear on your ordering screen. The actual tax amount will appear in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you once your order has shipped.
State and local sales taxes are based on the merchandise subtotal including shipping and handling in all states except ID, IL, MA, NJ and OK, where tax is based on the merchandise total only.
Returns
For over 100 years, customer satisfaction has been a #1 priority at Avon. We stand behind every product we offer and will gladly give you a full refund with your return within 45 days. After 45 days, returned products will not be refunded.
If your return is due to an Avon error we will refund your return shipping. We are unable to offer exchanges or issue merchandise credits. Free gifts may not be returned for exchange or credit.
Returns are processed on a per-order basis. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for each return so we can be sure all items are reconciled properly, therefore you cannot return items across multiple orders in one RMA.
Locate the order that the item(s) were ordered in in your Order History. You will see a link to begin the Return process if:
1. The order status is “Shipped”
2. If the Order Type is not Ambassador Delivery
If the above conditions are not met, you will not be able to process a request for return and the following message will be displayed: No Longer Available for Return.
