2. A PURPLE & PINK EYELINER DESIGN

Start with hot pink hue on the inside as your base. This look proves that two colored eyeliners are better than one. First, line your top lash line, creating a winged effect. For extra drama, draw another line over the top of your lid, connecting it to the wing.
