Plant-based Protein Smoothies and Shakes

Add to your existing regimen or a great way to kick off a healthier lifestyle, by helping you achieve overall health and fitness by providing protein for muscle energy, managing appetite, and overall recovery from exercise and daily stresses.

Peach Plant-based Protein Shake
  • 2-3 large ice cubes
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
  • re:tune Vanilla Plant Power Protein
  • ¾ C Fresh or Frozen Peaches
Strawberries and Cream Plant-based Protein Shake
  • 2-3 large ice cubes
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • re:tune Vanilla Plant Power Protein
  • 5 Fresh or Frozen strawberries

Green Plant-based Protein Smoothie
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ kale, chopped
  • 1 banana, frozen and sliced
  • ½ green apple
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 serving of re:tune Vanilla protein
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Chocolate Plant-based Peanut Butter Protein Shake
  • 2-3 large ice cubes
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • re:tune Rich Chocolate Plant Power Protein
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
Chocolate Plant-based Espresso Protein Smoothie
  • 1 banana, chunked and frozen
  • 1 serving of re:tune Rich Chocolate protein
  • 1 tsp instant coffee grounds {or ½ cup brewed coffee, chilled}
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond or coconut)
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
