TLC-ND Animal Rescue is an animal rescue group based out of Devils Lake, ND that is dedicated to helping animals in need find loving, permanent homes. Our mission states that we 'Guarantee that each dog or cat that comes into rescue will be provided with all basic needs along with veterinary medical care and rehabilitation' We currently have a litter of puppies and so many kitties. Our vet bills are growing every day.
